Terms of Service

1. Service and Acceptance

CHILLERA.NET is an independent Open Tibia server community. It is not an official Tibia or CipSoft service. Access is provided for entertainment and community gameplay. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

The administration may update these Terms when needed for safety, legal, technical or community reasons. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, password, characters and activity performed through your account. The administration may refuse, suspend, delete or restrict access where necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the service or protect the community.

3. Names

Offensive Name

Names that are insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable are forbidden.

Name Containing Forbidden Advertising

Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content unrelated to the game or trades for real money are forbidden.

Unsuitable Name

Names that express religious or political views are forbidden.

Name Supporting Rule Violation

Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of CHILLERA.NET rules are forbidden.

4. Statements and Communication

Offensive Statement

Insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable statements are forbidden.

Spamming

Excessively repeating identical or similar statements, badly formatted text or nonsensical text is forbidden.

Forbidden Advertising

Advertising brands, products or services of third parties, unrelated content or real-money trades is forbidden unless explicitly allowed by the administration.

Off-Topic Public Statement

Religious, political or unrelated public statements are forbidden in channels, boards or public spaces where they do not belong.

Violating Language Restriction

Non-English statements are forbidden in boards and channels where English is explicitly required.

Disclosing Personal Data of Others

Disclosing personal data of other people is forbidden.

Supporting Rule Violation

Statements that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of CHILLERA.NET rules are forbidden.

Culture of Conversation

Abusive, degrading or intentionally disruptive communication with the server team is forbidden. Be human while talking with the server team.

5. Cheating

Bug Abuse

Exploiting obvious errors of the game or any other part of CHILLERA.NET services is forbidden.

Using Unofficial Software to Play

Manipulating the official client program or using additional software to play the game is forbidden.

Bots and Gameplay Automation

Bots, macros, scripts and automation are strictly forbidden. This applies not only to full AFK bots, but also to facilities such as auto-heal, auto-SSA, anti-paralyze or similar gameplay automation. Violations may result in permanent ban or character deletion. Only simple non-gameplay automation such as an auto-accept crosshair option may be allowed.

6. CHILLERA.NET Team and Service Integrity

Pretending to be CHILLERA.NET Team

Pretending to be a representative of the CHILLERA.NET administration or claiming their powers is forbidden.

Slandering or Agitating Against CHILLERA.NET Team

Publishing clearly false information about CHILLERA.NET or calling a boycott against CHILLERA.NET or its services is forbidden.

False Information to CHILLERA.NET Team

Intentionally giving wrong or misleading information to the administration in reports, complaints, bug reports or support requests is forbidden.

7. Legal Issues and Community Protection

Hacking

Stealing other players' accounts, access credentials or personal data is forbidden.

Attacking CHILLERA.NET Services

Attacking, disrupting, overloading or damaging the operation of CHILLERA.NET, the game servers or related services is forbidden.

Violating Law or Third-Party Rights

Violating applicable law, rights of third parties or relevant service agreements is forbidden.

Toxicity

Playing should be fun and chill. Griefing or toxic behavior that harms the community long-term is not allowed. Public toxicity in world chat, Discord or direct insults toward the server may result in a temporary or permanent ban.

Scamming Players

Cheating or lying to steal items or property from another player is punishable. Loot bags are not treated as scamming. Scamming may result in a temporary ban, permanent ban or other account action.

8. Virtual Property and Trading

Characters, items, gold, tokens and similar game assets are part of the CHILLERA.NET service. CHILLERA.NET does not guarantee real-world value, availability or transferability of any virtual asset.

Unlike many servers, CHILLERA.NET does not generally prohibit out-of-game trading of accounts, characters, items, gold or similar assets. Such trades are entirely at your own risk. CHILLERA.NET is not responsible if someone steals from you, cheats you, fails to pay or otherwise causes loss. This is Tibia: do not trust anyone blindly.

9. Enforcement and Penalties

The administration may issue warnings, name changes, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, character deletion, account deletion, item removal, rollback or other actions depending on the violation and circumstances.

After a banning administrator's decision, a ban penalty may be changed to character deletion, or a character may be placed for sale on the Characters Market. Enforcement decisions are made to protect service integrity and community quality.

10. Availability and Disclaimer

CHILLERA.NET is provided as available. The service may change, pause, reset, migrate, suffer downtime or be discontinued. The administration is not liable for lost progress, lost virtual assets, unavailable gameplay, external trades or third-party platform issues.
